Heritage Outreach Foundation’s flagship program “WOMEN OUR PRIDE” has made a huge impact in the Amenfi West Municipal, with over 220 beneficiaries in 4 different communities. The program focuses on empowering women through entrepreneurial skills such as soap making, beads technology, and product branding and marketing.
At the climax of the program in the 4th community – Kramokrom, Miss Ruth Mensah, co-founder of HOF addressed the slow-developing rate of the communities in the municipal and the quest to improve it by empowering women and children. In her delivery, she expressed her appreciation to the chiefs and the entire community for their commitment and involvement in the job program.
Hon. Abraham Kofi Asante, the CEO of GIFEC who was present also pledged his support to Heritage Outreach Foundation to help the foundation to impact over 1000 more women in the municipality. In addition, he promised to assist the community to get cellular network connectivity to facilitate communication.
Mr Dennis Ampong who is the CEO of Ahobraseye Group of companies shared his plans to support every beneficiary of the project with a better loan plan to help their startups.
Finally, the CEO of the foundation, Mr Arnold Johnson explained the plans of the foundation to make communities better through women’s empowerment and entrepreneurial programs. He also elaborated on the other programs that the community members can ride on to improve their lives in the digital world.
The program ended with a donation of cloth, food and other materials to members of the Kramokrom community and its environs.
